Love your pop? Well, this is probably for you then. SingStar has been providing a tracheotomy for the PlayStation 2 for years now and this latest injection of formaldehyde to the console features a plethora of titles pulled, as the name suggests, from the charts.
Of course, SingStar: Chart Hits is also available on the PS3. In fact, the current generation console offers buyers five exclusive tracks including, er, Natalie Bassingthwaite.
The normal SingStar rules apply. Reach for the mic, sing, compete, record on mobile and spam friends with performances, etc. The track listing has a distinctly Australian feel with tracks spread across several genres, from Empire of the Sun’s “Walking on a Dream”, Wolfmother’s “New Moon Rising” to the The Presets’ “This Boy’s in Love”.
The Pussycat Dolls, Lady Gaga, La Roux and George Michael flesh out the international acts.
