The Bomb Shelter Sessions Recent visitors Vintage Trouble, a much vaunted LA soul outfit signed to legendary manager Doc McGhee’s stable of artists (Bon Jovi, Motley Crüe), quickly graduated from studio project to one of the hottest live tickets on the circuit, aiming to recreate the warm vinyl sounds of the legendary ’60s soul revues and sweaty dives.
Tracks such as Still & Always Will and Gracefully are fine examples of musicianship from a slick, if calculated, package that’s perhaps slightly over-produced to the ears of purists.
