So you think you can dance? Have you got what it takes to take it to The Streets?
Like its predecessor, Step Up 2 is about bringing something new to the floor – it’s not about what you’ve got but what you make of what you’ve got.
This time around, Andie (Briana Evigan) lands herself a position at the prestigious performing arts school in Maryland. There she joins forces with the school’s talented oddballs and its popular student, Chase Collins (Robert Hoffman), to form a crew and compete in the ultimate Baltimore underground dance battle: The Streets.
Even with the absence of Step Up’s previous crew, like Channing Tatum (who does make a 10 minute appearance), Step Up 2 the Streets still features some good chemistry between its fresh new stars and, of course, some amazing dance sequences.
